Description
You will create marvellously exciting unique monoprints using the stencil technique, pochoir. You will create a composition of paper cuts to create a design that is then reworked again and again to create pattern, texture and surprising outcomes. You’ll find yourself absorbed and wonder where the hours went. You can expect to take home a range of unique prints.
What's included in the price?
Along with my guidance all materials are provided including, oil-bound etching ink, cutting tools, paper and a selection of burnishing tools to play with. I have lots of art and design books that you are welcome to look through for inspiration. You can expect fresh coffee, a selection of teas, soft drinks and snacks. Please feel free to bring a packed lunch, as lunch will not be supplied.

Aprille is a visual artist exploring printaking to creates bold floral images on paper and large public art installations. She works from her cosy studio in Sheffield. Her process explores and observes the seasonal changes and the utter hope that flowers bring. As an educator, Aprille has championed individual creativity for over 14 years, she has a knack of taking the 'arty' out of making and encourages you to explore and have a go.
