Description
Learn to make colourful monotype prints without a press. In this half day workshop, Lou Davis will take you through how to make a gelatine (or vege-gel) printing plate which can be used to print beautiful and colourful works of art. We’ll cover a number of techniques including using stencils and masks, adding texture with botanicals and found objects and using household items for mark making and using home-made foam stamps. You will then have the option to create a set of 10 gift cards using collages of your prints, or take your printed designs home to create cards, prints, gift tags, bookmarks, and more.

You will have access to all the equipment you need, and all materials are included in the price. Hot drinks including speciality teas and coffees are included, plus a selection of biscuits, and there is access to drinking water throughout.
