Text messages/SMS
We use SMS (text messages) to notify students and tutors of new messages, bookings, and courses and payment request reminders. The SMS messages are there as a 'back up' to our email notifications and ensure smooth communications between our craftspeople, artisans and makers. Occasionally we may also send a text about an upcoming event, special offer or promotion (e.g. Father's Day or Christmas gift vouchers). These texts will always have an 'opt-out' e.g. "Text STOP to XXXXX" and this will ensure your number is removed from our list.
