"The course was a lovely way to spend a day in half term. I attended this course as part of some teacher CPD with the hope of developing my knowledge and printing techniques. Barbara is a very knowledgeable tutor and showed us lots of examples of her own to give us inspiration. We were then able to experiment, producing lots of work bringing in our own ideas. "What a lovely day we had! I did this course with three friends (and two very nice strangers) of varying degrees of artistic experience. Barbara taught us the basics of batik painting and with patience and a keen eye helped us create our own pictures. I hadn’t done any drawing or painting for years, and never had any particular skill, but I’m so proud of my batik painting that I’m going to frame it. Thank you, Barbara!
