"This was my first real try at pastels and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Heather is a great teacher, not only a skilled artist herself but also good at talking her students through the materials and processes. All materials were provided, including the use of some very expensive soft Unison pastels. As well as finishing one painting each, we also learned some very useful techniques. On top of that, we had a really sociable day - lots of laughs, plenty of coffee and lunch at the on site Barn restaurant . I am sure we will do another course with Heather later in the year , maybe portraits instead of landscape next time. I am so enthused by this new medium that I have of course already ordered some pastels of my own! Many thanks to Heather for your time and perseverance!"

"Just finished a weeks course with Nigel. I thoroughly enjoyed it . Nigel is a great teacher and he has conveyed an amazing amount of knowledge to myself over that week , this included practical demonstrations and step by step guidance through the processes. He particularly impressed upon me the importance of getting the techniques, right and precise and his patience was immeasurable. I really admired the way Nigel is so passionate about his craft and making quality handmade leather items. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in working with leather."

"Had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Silver Clay. I hadn't ever worked with this product before so everything was new. I made a beautiful pendant and Lori supplied us with a silver chain from which to hang it. Take a look on my Facebook page. I also made a silver charm of a flower that reminded me of the Eidelweiss flower. Lori has volunteered to solder it to my very old charm bracelet for me. Would I recommend the course? Most certainly. Am I interested in taking another course with Lori? You bet I am. All in all a wonderful time with loads of instruction and information to take it to another level. Thank you Lori. Look forward to more of your teaching in the future."

"Had an amazing two days with Gregory. He was a great teacher who allowed you to progress at your own pace and never took over. We spent over 95% of the time at the lathe which was great and we both couldn't believe the pieces we managed to produce. We had some lovely lunches and a great time. Highly recommend."

"Had the course bought for me as a birthday present and didn't know what to expect but thoroughly enjoyed the day Adrian and Andy are both great guys who explained what to do and how to do it and then let us get on with it without jumping in so we all managed to complete our tasks in our own time. The food was all home cooked and had more than an army could eat. Will be booking a return trip definitely. Thanks to the team for a great day."
