Maker
Hello, my name is Jason Stocks-Young, founder and owner of Diamond Awl Leather Workshop. My studio is on the edge of the Pennines, where the leather workshops take place. I started making leather goods 8 years ago, learning from an old saddle maker using traditional leatherwork techniques. I share my passion for his craft through teaching others and recently featured in the BBC2 TV series Made in Great Britain, a celebration and exploration of our manufacturing heritage.
