Description
Relax and unwind at the Self Centre BSE, Suffolk sculpting a beautiful, ornamental poppy seed head out of clay. Your fired piece will be mounted on a dowel rod and returned to the venue for collection. You will receive some patina and application instructions to make your sculpture look like aged, verdigris bronze! All materials and aprons are provided. You will be served refreshments mid-way through the workshop. This workshop is suitable for all abilities - no experience necessary.

Maker
Louise is a practicing artist, well-known within the local community with her public art displayed in the town of Bury St Edmunds. From her Suffolk-based studio Louise produces ceramics inspired by the female form. As a member of CPA and Anglian Potters Louise regularly exhibits. Louise is a teacher of 23 years; she currently teaches part-time at a Sixth Form College in Suffolk and leads workshops and classes within the local community. She brings fun, passion and energy to her workshops and classes making the arts accessible to all.
