Geraldine Francis is a ceramacist who runs tutored classes at Parnella House an 18th Century House, run by White Horse Arts in the historic market town of Devizes. She has many years of experience in teaching ceramics and works from the studio as well as in the community, bringing the opportunity to work in clay to many people. From those in care homes to children's nurseries, Geraldine delivers ceramics and pottery sessions to suit all ages and abilities. She offers tuition in all aspects of working in clay including sculpture and throwing on the wheel. Geraldine is from a fine art ceramics background and her own work is on display in the studio and includes thrown work as well as sculpture and tiles. If the studio venue is not suitable to your needs as you are a large group or have members of your group who require access for wheelchairs etc, Geraldine is happy to arrange an alternative venue.
