Luxury Christmas decorations (full day) with the Cheshire School of Glass

Description

No previous experience is needed for this festive extravaganza! This is all about getting into the Christmas spirit and as this course is always in such high demand please be sure to book early! Our studio will look, smell and sound of all things Christmas, guaranteeing you a wonderful day of festive fun, laughter and creativity. What you will make in the day: 2 standing sconces of magical winter scenes with metal inclusions and five hanging decorations of your choice from a large collection of design templates or simply freestyle and design your own! Your work is fired overnight in the kiln and can be collected the following day (or packed and dispatched to you at cost) The course includes all you need to make, finish and hang your decorations. PS. mince pies and spiced biscuits will be in plentiful supply!

"We had such a lovely day. Jenny was so kind and patient. I had never worked with glass before and was surprised how easy it was to cut. We made masses of decorations and the next day , after they had been cooked , Jenny had very kindly put beautiful hangings on the backs and ribbons to match. I found this very relaxing, which I never though glass work would be! I'm a amazed how fearless i became of the material. Good fun."

"The course was so much fun! Jenny and her helpers had us cutting and shaping santas and snowflakes, penguins and xmas trees in all kinds of colours and decorating them with dichroics and millefoire . I went with my Mum and sister in=law. We loved every minute. Jenny made us feel really festive with mince pies and xmas music. We made so many decorations and plan to give them as stocking fillers and gifts to friends and family. I thoroughly recommend this course for anyone who wants to get in the christmas spirit and loves upmarket crafting!"
