A fascinating Fused Glass workshop suitable for complete beginners & improvers. Deborah has over 30 years of experience in Glass with visitors attending workshops from both the UK & overseas. All materials are provided plus your homemade farmhouse lunch and cakes freshly made on the family dairy farm adding to your wonderful experience here Fused Glass wall panel or Bowl workshop Create your own wall panel 50x25cms (alternative sizes available) Panels can be framed or mounted direct onto any wall space, door or window or even outside! Alternatively you may create 2 shaped bowls or panels 25x25 cms With the help of your tutor you will create your own fused glass project from very easy step by step designs and templates to the more complicated for those wishing to jump in the deep end. Work on landscapes, seascapes and abstracts, in fact anything that works for you. Do bring along some images, ideas, pictures, photos etc but don’t worry, we will guide you through the production in very easy stages and before you know it your panel will be firing away in the kiln. Learn all the basics including how to cut glass the easy way, work with ground coloured glass, stringers, add textures, bubbles, metallics, glitter and paints! What's included in the price?

The course fee includes all the materials you will need for your workshop, a two course farmhouse lunch is provided and all made using our home grown and local organic produce. Refreshments are free and available throughout the day. Vegetarian diets can also be catered for by request. Panel Mounting Guidance Handouts Free parking B&B just 2 minutes away from the studio, if you need accommodation.
