Hello, I'm Sharon an experienced Clay artist & sculptor, I regularly host adult Pottery classes from my pottery studio in the beautiful village of Heskin, Lancashire. Come in this fabulous festive clay modelling class. Step by step we will show you how to make either an Elf, Santa, Rudolf or the Grinch. The class is suitable for beginners and is for those aged 16 years+ The class runs everyday except Monday & Sunday. During the class you will learn how to make a pinch pot base, shape mould and attach clay. We start making a pinch pot base before we demonstrate and guide you through making your very own festive figure. The class ends by adding on all the little finishing touches to make your creation unique. The class includes bisque firing ready painting with acrylics at home OR you may wish to return to the studio to glaze your creation. What's included in the price?
All materials needed to make your masterpiece's Use of the studio tools and equipment Bisque firing is included. Tea & Coffee available during your session. Optional extra: Should you wish to colour glaze your own masterpieces, you can do so for an additional £15pp. This includes a second visit for glazing.
