Floral print workshop for two. Please note one booking is for two people. Linocut printmaking workshop using easy carve lino. Spending quality time with your Mum is a gift to treasure. Enjoy a floral, cosy and supportive atmosphere whilst you carve, chat, print and most importantly, share time together. Relax in my warm studio with fresh coffee, a selection of teas and sweet treats. For "Mum and Me Floral Print" workshop there is no experience needed. You will be fully supported, encouraged and guided. You can expect to take home a unique floral print to keep and treasure. Level: any (minimum age 14 years). Location: easy access studio with on street parking and good public transport links. About your tutor: Aprille is a practicing visual artist and workshop leader with over 10 years in delivering printmaking courses to all ages and abilities. Her aim is to champion and support others in their creative journey. By listening, engaging and visualising Aprille works to break down the idea of being ‘arty’ to enable an open and playful mindset that encourages people to build confidence and have a go.

Message the tutor

I am an artist and printmaker deeply inspired by nature and the ever-changing seasons. Currently, my work is focused on exploring the Porter Valley, with particular attention to its woodlands and the flowing river that shapes the landscape. Teaching plays a vital role in supporting my creative practice, providing me with the opportunity to share my passion for printmaking with others. From my ground-floor art studio in Greystones, I am thrilled to offer my expertise in relief, intaglio, and planographic printmaking techniques, fostering creativity and skill in those eager to learn.
