This one-day masterclass is designed for those who want to refine their technique, troubleshoot common challenges, and learn new approaches—all without the pressure of completing a finished piece. During the session, you’ll explore a variety of soldering techniques, including: ✨ Making multiple joints in one piece using different solder types ✨ Soldering jump rings and chain ✨ Sweat soldering and working with layered designs ✨ Creating 3D forms and tackling tricky joins ✨ Understanding heat control and how to get the best results ✨ Troubleshooting common soldering issues so you can correct mistakes with confidence This is a hands-on, skill-focused class where you’ll work on a series of practical soldering exercises. The pieces you create during the day will serve as valuable references for future projects. Who is this class for? This is an intermediate level class—some prior experience is needed. You’ll need to have taken Beginners Silver Jewellery (or have the equivalent experience) before joining. Class details: 👥 Small group size – maximum 8 students for plenty of one-to-one support. 🛠 Expert tuition – led by experienced jewellers who are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. ⏳ Break time – we take an hour for lunch; bring your own or explore the local cafés and shops.
