Description
Make your own wedding rings in gold, silver, or platinum at our studio in Riccall near York. This is a wonderful workshop where you and your partner can create your own very personal rings for your special day. It’s a great opportunity to get together and make something truly meaningful and unique, as well as being a bit of time out together to create memories. You will have exclusive use of our studio for the day to make your own bespoke wedding rings. I will guide you through the design process, sizing, sawing, soldering, shaping and finishing the rings. If you’d like them hallmarking I will then send them to Sheffield Assey Office for Hallmarking. Prices start at £360 per day for a couple. You will need to pay for the materials including the solder and hallmarking on top of this. I can provide you with a quote for materials, but the price of precious metal fluctuates daily, so it will be an estimate. I will firm up the costs before I order so that you know what to expect. A 50% deposit is required on booking, which is returnable if you cancel up to 8 weeks before the workshop date. Helen will take photos of the day, showing you making your wedding rings, and lots of photos so that you can remember your experience. Our weekend workshops book up very quickly, so please give us lots of advance notice. Often it is better to book a weekday session, but we can work around your availability and timescales. Hallmarking generally takes three weeks, however, at busy periods such as Christmas it can take longer, so allow plenty of time for this. The workshop starts at 10am and will finish approximately 3.30pm. We can work in platinum, gold and silver.
