Introduction to Indian Wooden Block Printing on Fabric Items
Description
We cater for small groups, children's parties, corporate team building events, friends' get togethers, 1-2-1 sessions, and after school clubs. Workshops are small and welcoming, and last 2.5 hours. You will learn a little bit about the ancient craft of block printing along the way and practice printing on fabric using a wide range of hand carved blocks each with its own intricate design. You can then choose to either a scarf, a table runner, or 2 to 3 other items including cushion coves, tea towels, tote bags, draw string gift bags, and zipped pouches to print your own unique creation. Why not come along and have some fun making your own unique creation. The paints are we use are water based but it can get a little messy so wear suitable clothing.

No, not at all. Printing is created using water based paints and beautiful hand crafted wooden blocks. All you need to do is choose a colour, choose a block and print.
