This fun workshop is open to all ages and abilities. Join us for some delightful Autumnal baking, making the most of seasonal ingredients. Recipes will include: A proper (and particularly delicious) Apple Strudel. Pear and almond tart. Real custard made from scratch. In this workshop, you will learn how to make: Real strudel pastry (absolutely no frozen filo here!) to create one of Europe’s finest "apple pies". A foolproof shortcrust recipe. Frangipane filling. Poached pears. Real custard. Children are welcome if paying full ticket price and accompanied by a full paying adult. This would make the basis of an excellent bespoke course for large groups and team days. If you wish to discuss further please get in touch.
