Description

**Please book by Monday 18th November, as specialist materials will need to be ordered in advance.** This Raw Chocolate making workshop, for adults and children, is part of a series of creative short workshops with Peggy Beer. This workshop enables you to make the things you love in a natural way, with the knowledge of knowing exactly what ingredients are in your food. Homemade Raw Chocolate is also a great Christmas present! Peggy will start with a short introduction covering the backgrounds of raw chocolate, whilst you enjoy an authentic Spiced Hot Chocolate drink. Then we will get straight into the raw chocolate making and you will learn how to make your own chocolates with only a few, easy to source, healthy ingredients. Experiment by adding fruit, nuts and other flavours and turning the chocolates into different shapes with the moulds provided. Learn how to wrap and package your chocolates and turn them into beautiful presents too. Tutor: Peggy Beer Peggy, originally from Germany, now runs Connecting with Nature CIC and a variety of different workshops all over Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire as well as online. All proceeds from our events and holidays are ploughed directly back into managing our 40 acre nature reserve. Thank you for your support and please do come to visit soon.
