"Adam is extremely patient and an excellent teacher. The class sizes are small so you get a lot of attention and Adam demonstrates all the techniques used on the day a couple of times so it sinks in. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute!"

"I attended all 3 levels - beginners, intermediate and advanced. Compared to other lotion, moisturiser courses, makingskincare.com's was by far the best - Jane is v knowledgeable and so helpful, even after the class. Her facebook group Making Skincare which has over 2,400 members includes cosmetic chemists and microbiologists and has also been a great help so if you can't make it to the course, do join the group and get some great free advice (oh and her website also has free lotion, conditioner and soap tutorials too)."

Aaron is a superb teacher and very patient. He dealt with the difference in abilities within our group with ease and ensured that we were all able to achieve our goals. "Received the voucher as a present and had a wonderful day playing with metal and learning a lot. Aaron explained the techniques simply and made sure there was lots of hands on work within minutes of starting which was great. He also went on to more advanced stuff and I left with plenty of items as a memento of a fantastic experience. I still can't believe the items I made with Aaron's help as blacksmithing always seemed such a black art...it has inspired me to do some more, so I'll be thinking of some designs now! Strongly recommended for anyone with an interest in metalworking, or even for that someone who seems to have everything as they will be delighted with the whole experience. Thanks again!"

"I attended Jane's one-day mosaic workshop and had a wonderfully relaxing and productive day! We worked on a glass mosaic picture, only my 2nd mosaic.... Jane helped me every step of the way and i was delighted with the result! A great setting for a course and a fabulous homemade lunch! I would certainly recommend the course of beginners and experienced students."

From being near enough a complete novice over the three days I made a variety of artistic and functional pieces and could see my skills improve greatly and grew in confidence with the use of the tools and forge.
