Leather Possibles Pouch Workshop

Description

By the end of the day, participants will leave with their own, handcrafted leather possibles pouch. Along the way, you will learn various skills such as stitching, riveting and cutting leather. There will also be the opportunity to dye and finish the leather to make each pouch personal to its creator.

What's included in the price?

The price includes tuition, use of the tools and materials including the leather, paper etc. Hot drinks & snacks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our day. We are in no way crafty and we were a bit worried beforehand that this course would be a bit beyond us, but the instructors made it easy to follow. They were happy to let you crack on and do things for yourself, but always on hand to give you extra help if needed. You got to cut out the leather, dye it and stitch it, as well as using various tools. Clive and Wendy were really nice and so enthusiastic about all things leather. We are so chuffed with the pouches we made. Couldn't recommend this course enough. Excellent value for money too!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed this workshop, thrilled with my finished pouch. Wendy and Clive are excellent tutors - friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Small class sizes mean everyone gets attention and individual help if needed. I hope to return and do the bag-making workshop later this year. An added bonus is the setting - light airy room with lovely views across the countryside. Exceptionally Covid-safe too."

"Because of how much i loved the belt making course, i was back the next weekend to learn how to make a cute pouch! Wendy and Clive taught this so perfectly that if you were a complete beginner you could still keep up whilst having fun, as well as if like me you had some knowledge they would push your skill a bit further and factor in your weakness' to improve them efficiency. I thoroughly enjoyed coming back again, and can assure each visit gets even better ! On this course we got to fully personalise our pouch and im truly proud of mine. Thank you so much again ! "I'd highly recommend this course, absolutely fantastic. Both Wendy and Clive were super helpful and very patient with our onslaught of questions, which they always had an answer for! I've done craft work in the past and meddled with leather before but I still learned a vast amount of new skills and got an opportunity to try new tools I'd not be able to without investing in them myself. Worth every penny!"
