Join Gemma and Louise for a relaxing day of nature and printing. The morning will start with a short walk through the woods collecting and identifying leaves, followed by a delicious, warming campfire cooked lunch. In the afternoon, we will head to the local village hall to create a beautiful and unique printed cotton tote bag. Approximate timings: **11:00 Meet at Bright Woods Forest School** (Parking and directions will be emailed on booking) We will start the session with a cuppa, before exploring the site and nature reserve and collecting leaves. During this time we will look at the distinguishing features of the leaves to help identify them. **12:15 Campfire lunch** Enjoy a warming lunch, cooked on the campfire. Please let us know of any allergies of dietary requirements at the time of booking. **13:00 An afternoon of printing** We will move inside to Startforth Morritt Memorial Community Centre, a 5 minute drive from the woodland parking. Here you will be shown how to take a print from the leaves you have selected, runs some test prints and then perfect your layout, before printing on to your tote bag. Refunds and cancellations Please be aware we are unable to offer a refund on tickets, should you be unable to attend. You would be welcome to pass on you ticket to someone or if there is a waiting list and we successfully sell on your ticket we will refund you, minus £5 admin charge. If, in exceptional circumstances, Bright Woods Forest School CIC need to cancel you will be automatically refunded via our booking site. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to show in your account.

You will find Bright Woods Forest School CIC nestled in the beautiful Deepdale Naure Reseve, Barnard Castle. Our private site includes a wild flower meadow, woodland area and stream. We also have a shelter and toilet on site and will bring tea and coffee with us so you will be well looked after. We offer sessions for adults and children and have years of experience delivering sessions to make sure they are enjoyable, relaxed and that you leave with a sense of achievement.

FAQs
Yes, we have a composting toilet on site. This is in a spacious wooden hut and with hand washing facilities.
We are an outdoor venue, with a shelter if it rains. If the weather will impact the quality of the session delivered, e.g too damp to work with fabric or to windy to work with paper we will look at alternative, indoor venues. Where the session will not be disrupted it will continue as planned. Sessions will be cancelled or alternative plans made in the event of thunder storms or high winds. Please come dressed for the outdoors.
Yes, free parking is available a short walk from the site. Where possible please car share. We are also only a 10 minuite walk from the beautiful town of Barnard Castle.
