Description
A brief introduction and demonstration on mosaic making using the Direct Method. Included will be how to use tile nippers, how to create shapes and an explanation of various andamento styles and how to grout. Please note that grouting will not be done in this class, however you will receive a grout bag to take home with you, and full instructions (including a video for reference).

Maker
Dionne Ible is a UK born Mosaic Artist from Bedfordshire where she currently resides. She took her first course in 2002 and then took a short break to raise her children. A few years later she decided to take further training and continued working on her own techniques. Dionne has a distinctively vibrant style which is inspired by her African/Caribbean heritage. She also enjoys teaching and can sometimes be seen boogying to music during her classes!
