Description
Design & Make your own Silver Ring The perfect workshop if you’ve never worked with metal before or you’d like a short taster session. In this class you will be introduced to jewellery making using Silver. Local jewellery artist, Helen Smith, will guide you through the designing and making process. You will use silver wire to form a simple ring. You will learn how to form and size the silver and to add texture or create a wave, before finally polishing. Suitability: Adults & Age 16+ Beginners & Those With Experience Duration: 2 hours Refreshments available from The Barn Cafe 8.30-15.00
What's included in the price?
All materials and tools. Please Note: You will need to wear closed toe shoes and tie long hair back. A small blowtorch is used for the silver soldering process. You will be provided with protective goggles for this. Book early to avoid disappointment
