Who doesn't love a friendly gnome? Now you can create your own with the materials you need in our craft kit which has instructions and is supported by a video tutorial too. Each box has the components including felt, wooden nose, stuffing, jingly bell etc to create your own character. A great gift idea or buy some for friends and have a gnome get together. Two variations are available, Wizzle has an orange hat, rainbow body and a grey beard, Gnorbet has a red hat, white beard and plaid body. He can be handsewn or machine sewn but a great project for experienced or beginner sewers. Finished gnome is approx 30cm high by 15cm width. Please note this is not a toy and adult supervision is needed if introducing young sewers.

The Wood Cottage Crafts is situated at the edge of the village of Brompton by Sawdon, North Yorkshire. The workshop overlooks the vale of Pickering which sets our courses in a relaxing country setting. I am passionate about crafting and love learning new techniques myself. In particular, I am a sewer with over thirty years of experience. As a qualified teacher I make sure that my courses are accessible for beginners and students developing and building on their skills.
