Martin is a professionally qualified teacher with many year’s experience of teaching stained glass courses in Sheffield, Chesterfield and throughout South Yorkshire. He specialises in teaching stained glass but also runs fused glass and glass painting one day workshops. Martin has taught stained glass classes for Sheffield College and Chesterfield College. Martin is also a member of the Contemporary Glass Society (CGS) and the Artist Network.

"The workshop yesterday with Kate was absolutely great. We were all very happy with our completed tea light holders and confident about the methods to use at every stage as everything was explained and demonstrated so thoroughly. I wasn't expecting to produce something I'd be happy to display at home so am very happy to report that my creation is now in pride of place. We enjoyed ourselves so much and will be back.
