"Great fun way to spend an afternoon making jewellery. My sister and I made several lovely pieces, which we were surprised at, as we thought it would be a lot harder than it is. After the tutor demonstrated how to drill the sea glass, we then had ago ourselves and were amazed when shown how to assemble the pieces into lovely wearable pieces of jewellery."

"My friend purchased this course for my birthday. I have collected sea glass for years and always wanted to turn it into jewellery. Having attended the course and made some nice pieces of jewellery, I now feel confident I will be able to continue making jewellery at home, albeit once I’ve ordered the drill. "Basically just shown how to drill a hole in a piece of sea glass and then attach it to the most cheapest piece of chain and accessories. Definitely not worth the money!"

"I’m unsure why you would leave such a review as you said you both really enjoyed the course on the day! Also the course was a month ago and only now have left a review, this really does not make any sense…. Moreover, the findings and chain are all quality silver plaited."

"I've only done one day on this course with Carol. It was absolutely brilliant and I really can't wait for next Friday for day 2. I thought I would be able to learn silversmithing on my own, being very practical and hands on, but having done just one day I realized the importance of attending this course. "Carol is very pleasant and she worked very hard for more than the three hours allocated. I feel the numbers were a bit too many for her to be able to give each one all the help they may have needed to create a very good piece. Perhaps the cost should reflect the attention possible. "

"I think it might be advisable to speak to Carol. She knows that things did not go well and I came home with an embarrassingly awful pendant which Carol had tried to make when she messed up the one I was working on. She was trying to help, but I feel that she was overwhelmed with so many students needing her assistance, especially with soldering, which needs some experience. Perhaps a smaller class would work better. I suggest that, in my case, Carol might consider a refund of my joining fee. Sorry to be so negative, but I have to tell it as I experienced it,"
