"Spending a day with Simon is an absolute joy. He is an excellent teacher who is able to clearly explain what you need to do and why, and with care and encouragement. So often experts in their field (as Simon clearly is) find it difficult to pass on their knowledge to complete beginners, but Simon did so without ever making me feel that any question was too silly. On top of all of this, he is really nice guy! I'm sure I will do another of his workshops in the near future."

You create these luxury lip balms, creams, scrubs and many more items that are natural and have no chemicals inside them so as to make you feel closer to nature. She not only makes you happy but makes your soul happy and you leave feeling like no matter what is happening in your life, no matter how busy or stressful, having a little bit of time out in our lives is easier than we think and is more blissful than we can even begin to imagine. "I went on this course because my wife wanted to. I haven't done much since my foundation year at art college 40 years ago but I needn't have worried. Tajinder has a wonderful concept going here combining art and meditation. I must stress here that you don't actually need to 'be able to draw'. If you can pick up a piece of charcoal (all provided) and make marks on a sheet of paper, you're good to go. Tajinder takes you through the day, gently extracting thoughts and feelings from within yourself that you didn't know existed. Transforming these thoughts and feelings onto two dimensions in the form of artwork - and you *will* produce artwork - is a wonder to behold. You'll be pleased with the results of the art, and also of the exploration of your inner self - all in a great setting with good space and light. Easy, secure parking. Definitely worth the cost, and we'll be going back again. Excellent!"

It took many attempts and a lot of concentration but by the end of the day, I had produced my first skein of wool. "I bought this course as a gift for a friend and I to attend as her Birthday present. As a gift, I was nervous/hopeful that it would be a fun day and live up to expectations. Well, I have to say, the course and Rachel did far more than we could have imagined. Rachel was very friendly from the moment we arrived. It was a small group (5 of us) so a lovely atmosphere. She talked us through the material and techniques we would be using and took us step by step through making various components giving us the basics to make most shapes. Once we had a grasp of the basics we were let loose to create our own designs. Rachel was a fantastic tutor as she was always there to lend a helping hand or give advice, but was very encouraging and ever patient and never tried to do any of it for you or change your design, she just made it possible for our designs to come to life. A great class for anyone of any ability. Turned out to be a fantastic birthday gift for a friend and something we would highly recommend to anyone interested in either crafts or in fascinators!"

"I have just spent a wonderful afternoon learning two different soap felting techniques at Cat’s idyllic studio. I bought this as a birthday present for my friend and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The studio is set in Cat’s garden surrounded by beautiful countryside and behind her impressive vegetable patch which is also full of orange and blue flowers. We were greeted with the scent of lavender, geranium, neroli and many other fragrances from the cold pressed soaps that Cat makes. It was a halcyon afternoon under Cat’s careful but relaxed supervision We drank tea and chatted and felted three soaps each which is a relatively easy process to learn but there is every opportunity to be creative with your designs too. I can’t recommend this workshop highly enough."
