Glass-on-glass mosaic workshop: Create your own transparent suncatcher or mandala. Immerse yourself in the art of glass-on-glass mosaics with this full-day, 6-hour workshop! Perfect for beginners, this course will guide you through designing and assembling a larger, intricate mosaic piece ideal for adding a unique touch to your home or garden. Unlike traditional mosaics, glass on glass will allow the light to shine through, displaying beautiful colours and patterns. 🌈 No experience needed - all tools and materials provided. 🌈 Create a beautiful mosaic to adorn your space. What You’ll Create: Using colourful glass pieces adhered to a clear glass base, you’ll craft a roughly A4 sized mosaic. This can be in a variety of shapes and can follow any design you like. There will be templates available, but you can also sketch out your own ideas too. Choose your favourite colours and patterns to create something truly personal and eye-catching. What to Expect: ● Step-by-Step Guidance: Learn the essentials of cutting pieces of coloured glass to shape using a variety of tools. Design a pattern and then assemble your own glass-on-glass mosaic with instruction from a qualified teacher. ● Grouting Options: Opt to fill the spaces between the glass pieces during the session, or leave them empty for an alternative look. Take your piece home the same day as-is, or leave it with us to grout and return within 7 days (giving you more time for making). ● Creative Freedom: Experiment with a very wide variety of colors, shapes, and patterns to design a truly personal piece.
