Description
Sharp tools and woodland craft course for Forest School practitioners and outdoor professionals – for those feeling a bit rusty or for leaders that want to take their sessions to the next level. This course will give practitioners confidence in using and working with tools in a forest school setting. Learn how to safely use and maintain a variety of cutting tools with an emphasis on safe practice and teaching methods. We will also cover a range of woodland craft projects which can develop outdoor learning areas while providing hands on activities. Enjoy meeting other likeminded practitioners and lunch around the fire. Hot drinks and snacks provided, please bring a packed lunch or something to cook on the fire. We will be outdoors for the whole session so please wear clothes and footwear suitable for the weather.
