Description
The 23rd November Workshop has now SOLD OUT! There are still places available on the 4th December workshop - alternatively contact me to arrange a date for you/your group. Create a unique festive door wreath or table decorations with wool and sheep locks and then embellish with a selection of seasonal decorative accessories to add you own personalise twist. We’ll round off the session with a festive glass of mulled wine & mince pie and raise a toast to the season! You will lean how to: - Prepare your fibres to create a great wreath base - Apply curly sheep locks to the base - Add seasonal decoration trimmings - Use barbed needle to dry felt / needle felt the fibres together. There are two workshop opportunities: One workshop will take place on Saturday 23rd November at Warwickshire Artisans, Yew Tree Farm, Henley in Arden. Another workshop takes place on Wednesday 4th December at my Workshop Studio in Kings Heath, Birmingham. You can book one of the above sessions, or alternatively or why not book a fun day just for your group of family and fiends. Please contact me via the 'message the tutor button' to find out more. Please be aware: Needle felting / dry felting involves using very sharp barbed needles. Care needs to be taken when working with the needle to prevent injuries. This technique is physical and involves prolonged repetitive action using your hands, therefore this may not be suitable for anyone with a RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome or frozen shoulder.
