Felted Art Soaps

Cecily Kate's popular Felted Art Soaps workshop at The Oast Studio is fully booked on 2nd November so we've added a new date on 16th November and 5th December! These Art Soaps make beautiful eco-friendly Christmas gifts and stocking fillers - an easy project to replicate with children at home. During the four hour workshop Cecily Kate will teach you valuable felting skills that also transfer over to making your own felted landscapes and wet felted vessels. Gently exfoliating and 100% biodegradable - an Art Soap is like a loofah and miniature painting in one! They fill the room with divine natural fragrance and as such can simply be used decoratively as a miniature painting on a mantle, a guest bedside table or inside a chest of drawers to lift the spirit of your lingerie! During this workshop you will have time to create at least two Felted Art Soaps. Cecily Kate hand makes the soaps which you can select on the day. They are made with organic ingredients and free from palm oil, SLS and parabens with delicious blends of organic essential oils . Having learned the felting steps you can easily make more.

~ All materials provided to felt at least 2 organic soaps (soaps are organic and pre-made by Cecil Kate with organic essential oils) ~ 100% wool felting mat and needles ~ Shetland and Corriedale wool colours and all other materials needed ~ Fresh organic coffee, tea and Alison’s delicious fresh cakes baked on the premises at the Oast Bakery ~ Extra soaps and all materials will be available on the day at a discount price should you wish to continue creating and making at home. ​
