Mike Cherrington reviewed: Yorkshire Rose stone carving class

"Loved it. Learning new skills is always interesting. Went to the Yorkshire rose which turned out better than expected. Great advise, very helpful and very informative. Highly recommended, couldn't find anything that couldn't be improved (except my white knuckle grip). :-) "

The West Riding Stonecarving Association responded:

"Thank you fot the great review Mike. I'm glad you enjoyed the day."

Gill P reviewed: Green Man stone carving in Yorkshire

"Green man stone carving - The course is superb, 2 days of full on carving guided by the superb and incredibly patient Helen. I was a total (nervous) beginner, Helen’s support helped me gain confidence and turn out a piece I am very proud of - highly recommended "

Jane Lund reviewed: Yorkshire Rose stone carving class

"Loved the carving course, Helen was kind and patient as I hacked my way through a nice piece of sandstone, helping me position the chisels and showing me time and again how to hold them - it's a bit like learning to use a pencil for the first time and I won't pretend it's easy but it is really enjoyable and I'm going to carry on in the hope that one day I'll be able to produce something decent."

The West Riding Stonecarving Association responded:

"Thank you for your great review. I hope to see you again Jane."
