"I did the course with my husband Martin and we both enjoyed it. Vicky was friendly and very encouraging making us believe we could achieve our chosen project even though neither of had any experience. The workshop was well stocked and everything we needed was to hand. We are intending to attend again later in the year. "

"I did a half-day course in fused glass and it was a great experience. I made 5 hangers with abstract designs, some as Christmas presents, some for myself. I came with a couple of sketches but other ideas evolved as I handled the glass - the different colours and textures. I wasn't the neatest so am hoping the kiln will work its magic. It's left me with such a good feeling. Couldn't recommend it highly enough."

"This was such a fun day from start to finish as we were taken through each step of stain glass making by Vicky and Vic. Both were kind and patient giving us clear and concise guidance of the process and we were able to produce not to shabby decorations to display at home as a great reminder of our day - our friends and family were quite impressed with our masterpieces when we showed them 🙂 The amazing spread at lunchtime was superb too ! We cannot wait to go back to the workshop again to experience one of the other courses on offer and would highly recommend anyone to try it for themselves it was worth every penny Thank you again Vicky and Vic for sharing your knowledge and skills with us x"

"Thank you for sharing your knowledge so freely. I asked a lot of technical questions and was provided with very clear and understandable responses. The course I opted for was the stained glass window making. I learnt plenty in such a short amount of time. I initially thought that Vicky was a former school teacher; her delivery of instruction and ability to provide a relaxed learning environment was brilliant. I think I will be visiting again to collect some more knowledge in the future. I would fully recommend Vicky to anyone who wants to learn working with glass skills. I enjoyed my day off work to escape to a creative environment."

"10 out of 10 for the day, Vicky was very skilled and made every effort to put us at ease. The lunch was very good with a choice of different dishes, I managed to make several items some of which are hanging on a tree outside my house. If you are thinking of trying this course just do it you wont be dissapointed."

"Myself & my husband did the fused glass workshop together with Vicky & thoroughly enjoyed it. Vicky was lovely & friendly, making us feel at ease straight away & is a great teacher. The glass pieces she has in the workshop are beautiful. We would love to go back & do some more & will definitely be recommending to friends & family too. Thank you! "

"Really enjoyed this one-day course, and came away having created something I was really pleased with, considering it was my first ever attempt at stained glass. Vicky’s teaching style is relaxed and (very!) patient, and she worked at just the right pace. Would definitely recommend!"

"I had a fantastic time one-on-one with Vicky, creating a panel which she allowed me to design from a photo (very simplified!). I was shown and practiced all the techniques needed, and had lots of bonus information thrown in. Vicky was friendly and welcoming, and I will definitely be back to try some fused glass another time!"

"Rosa, aged 13, and I spent the afternoon with Vicky and had a wonderful time. I was most impressed by the attention to H & S and guidance before we got started. This meant we were able to be more confident when working with our glass and get going! Vicky was so friendly and kept us right. We did 5 pieces between us and can't wait to see the finished result. Would very much recommend. "

"Brilliant morning learning about glass fusion. I arrived a total novice with no idea of what was really involved. I managed to produce 4 coasters which Vicky is putting through the kiln and will deliver to my door. Vicky makes it look so very easy and makes sure you are comfortable with the processes before letting you loose on your master piece. Not rushed at any stage and allowed to progress at my own rate. Would recommend this to all my friends"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our glass fusing morning with Vicky. She was very kind and patient with us two novices and nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole morning was relaxed and great fun and Vicky's obvious love and enjoyment of glass was infectious. She is a great teacher, not lecturing or boring, and we learnt loads about glass and glass fusing. We would highly recommend her workshops and we look forward to the next one :)"

"This is a much more fun workshop than I thought! First of all, Vicky has been so flexible with the date so that I actually enjoyed a whole course for just myself. Secondly, the course was very informative and interesting. Vicky demonstrated the skills perfectly and allowed a lot of my own creative ideas. She helped a lot to make my ideas come true via this amazing handcraft skill. Lastly, Vicky was super nice to even wait for me at the entrance in case I drove past (which I did). I enjoyed her chat and company. I actually found all sorts of people are trying this and it can be a real fun thing to do with friends and family! Definitely recommended!"

"Vicky provides a great mix of knowledge and information, hands-on practice, guidance and a free rein to develop your own creativity. She is really generous with her materials- we made two pieces each which I can’t wait to see! We will definitely go again but next time, I will spend a bit of time looking at fused glass creations online so I go with an idea of what I’d like to create. It really helped to have ‘ready-made’ pieces to look at the finished colours and effects, and to get the creative juices flowing. Thanks Vicky for such a lovely morning!"

"We attended Vicky’s course as a three generation activity for my daughters 13th birthday. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed the day. As well as great supervision and encouragement, we had a lovely lunch and we’re plied with teas and coffees. There were lots of laughs and chatter and we all came away with a piece or two of copper foiled glass work to be very proud of. Vicky and Vic are brilliant hosts and teachers. Many thanks"
