"What a wonderful experience, a birthday gift from my wife. David was a hive of information and provided just the right amount of guidance and instruction. Although a recently retired engineer and used to working with my hands, I learnt so much and benefited from Davids vast experience. An excellent instructor with a warm and friendly delivery with supporting anecdotes. I had a great day and came away with a knife to be proud of, thank you. "

"Best birthday present ever. David was extremely knowledgeable, made the experience fun and his attention to detail was impeccable. His thorough explanation of each step was really beneficial and opened my eyes to the real intricacies of the art of knife making. Under his guidance, I made a kitchen knife that will undoubtedly last forever as well as the memory. Will 100% be returning to make something else in the future.
