Sarah Lewis is so friendly and down to earth but is also an excellent instructor & she is more than happy to pass on her passion for glass painting along with lots of advice, hints and tips to help you progress and improve! The take home starter kits are a must so you can continue to explore your new found craft passion in the comfort of your own home! I am so glad I attended a workshop and really cannot recommend Sarah enough! A few hours well spent, learning a new skill, chatting and drinking tea with good conversation too! "Sarah is an amazing patient teacher, I had never done any glass painting before, so she took the time to explain the techniques to me. She helped me paint a wine glass and design and paint some coasters, which look amazing. You can also buy a starter kit from her at a very reasonable price, I can’t wait to try and do something on my own now! Thanks Sarah!"

"I really loved this course! The teacher was super friendly and patient. I currently have my valentines bouquet in the beautiful vase I made that looks stunning on the windowsill with the light coming through! I have a dairy intolerance and she was kind enough to get milk in that I could drink so I could have tea. The home kit is fab I have now painted a few things. Would definitely recommend!"

"An absolutely fantastic day! I was the only guy on the course and knew absolutely nothing about soap making however Julie really made the day interactive and made me feel at ease. I really learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was amazed at how complex the process can be. The afternoon tea was fantastic and way more than I could eat. Whether you are considering making soap as a hobby or even as business venture, I would definitely recommend this course as a gift or even just as a treat for a relaxing day out. "I have just completed Day@The Studio with Lyn and must say it has been fantastic experience. I wish I'd known it before... Lyn is very generous in explaining the secrets of encaustics (so hard to find) and she makes the best chocolate brownies ever!!! I strongly recommend this class, you will learn a lot plus you will be in a great company of passionate and patient artist Lyn!! PS Portland was a great discovery"
