Traditional Book Binding course

Description

A fun and informative day, which introduces the subject of bookbinding; including tools & materials, terminology and a bit of the history too. You’ll make at least two simple single-section bound books, with all tools and materials provided. Suitable for all levels with no prior experience required. At the end of the your bookbinding course you will have a collection of unique and usable books, which make for great sketchbooks, journals, notebooks and presents as well as the skills and tools to make more of these at home.

What's included in the price?

All tools and materials for the construction of your project are provided free of charge, you of course will be able to take home the books made at the end of the day. In fact all you need to bring is a bit of enthusiasm. Tea and coffee are available free of charge, most students bring their own packed lunch.
