Sea glass jewellery making workshop with Beccy Gillatt at Yardley Arts in Northamptonshire NN7

X

Description

Enjoy learning how to encase sea glass with fine silver to make a pendant or pair of earrings. This is a great beginners introduction to making silver jewellery but is also open to those with some experience. You will be gently guided through all the techniques to enable you to make your very own pieces of jewellery from these treasures of the sea. Good hand dexterity and eyesight essential. The setting is hard on your hands and requires quite a bit of force from the wrist and arm. Some experience of soldering and stone setting is beneficial but not essential.
