The act of making art is therapeutic, it can quiet the mind and allow you to focus on the present. When this happens and you are truly immersed in the moment of creating you can relax and allow the flow and freedom of painting to begin. This workshop is suitable for all abilities even those who have not picked up a paintbrush before.
