"A wonderful day carving. Rosie was very knowledgeable & gave the right level of support to beginners & those who had carved a little. She was great at timing so we all managed to stay on track. I felt she was very encouraging, engaging ,bright & happy & she really inspired me. Im definitely going to continue carving spoons at home & i feel she has enabled me to feel confident enough to do this. The venue was perfect. I'd highly recommend "

"Really enjoyed the course, instructor Rosie and the outdoor workshop ( very lucky with the weather ). Guided through the different knife and axe techniques. Made a butter spreader and a spoon that I really didn't believe I was going to achieve. Great encouragement from Rosie. Highly recommend."

"It was a very relaxing day. Good to meet new interesting people and I was pleased with the kuksa I produced. Very good to be using new and different tools. The communication beforehand was good. It was a peaceful rustic environment, quite cold but we were advised to wrap up warm."

"It was brilliant. The teacher was great, the hands on activity was brilliant. I *loved* the setting, too. A lot of the time, you get this sort of stuff being run out of a grey council building or something like that. This was like some sort of off grid paradise. I loved it."
