"What an enjoyable day at The Spinning Barn. Theresa so friendly and encouraging - small group and excellent tuition, the day flew by and I came away wishing I had another day there and eager to get practising on my own spinning wheel! Definitely will go back. "

"I had the most amazing day learning the basics of spinning with Theresa. I was with a small group of lovely likeminded people and we all benefited from Theresa’s many years of experience and patient teaching - lots of hand on spinning and ample time to ask questions/explore the craft. Thank you Theresa - once I have practised a bit I will definitely be back for another course! "

"I had a wonderful day at the Spinning Barn with Theresa. The course is run in beautiful rural surroundings, and Sarah is a most welcoming tutor/hostess. The studio contains everything that a beginner spinning could want. I had the opportunity to try two different wheels, one with a single treadle and the other had a double treadle. I was also able to try out Theresa’s e-spinner. By the end of the day I was able to go home with my first skien of hand spun yarn. I was delighted. Theresa gave me so much confidence, and inspired me so much that I am now the proud owner of an e- spinner and have already spun my first skien of wool ( albeit slightly lumpy ) at home with no assistance. I highly recommend this course."
