"Fantastic day outdoors in the beautiful woodlands.. Suz was a calming, friendly and knowledgeable presence. Thorough explanations and plenty of help on hand when the weaving gets tricky! :) Loads of fun, really happy with my little basket at the end of the day.. Tea and coffee prepared over a wood fire... little seats and tables under a big tarp.. Idyllic. Also, lovely insight into a permaculture lifestyle at Green Broom Farm. Cheers! Will be back!"

"This is my second basketmaking course with Suz and it didn't disappoint. She is the most wonderful teacher; calm, attentive and clear. The setting could not be more beautiful- a clearing in the woods surrounded by ferns and serenaded by kites. At the end of a full day, you come away with a basket that is both a thing of beauty and wholly functional. I will certainly be coming back, again and again. "

"This was such an enjoyable course. The setting, in the middle of a wood away from the sounds of civilization, was so peaceful. Suz was very patient and demonstrated each stage of the process so that we could follow. I made a basket, not at all perfect, but a very passable basket in the end. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for something a bit different. "

"Took my 2 granddaughters to make a willow sunflower, not the easiest to make but there was plenty of help, the class was really good value as the kids were free while me and my husband made a willow sunflower too. The surroundings in themselves are an experience we heard kites in the woods, saw a young deer and the girls enjoyed being shown how to make a campfire and toast their marshmallows on it, definitely give this experience a try you won’t be disappointed ?"
