On this course you will learn how to make a willow obelisk that can support sweet peas or any other climbing plant. The course takes place in a beautiful woodland in the Chilterns. The obelisks are 6ft high and 2ft wide. This course is suitable for beginners and children over 14yr old. Willow used is grown in Somerset and South Oxfordshire.

The Coppice Co. started in 2020 after Suz Williams finished her two year apprenticeship as a coppice worker and traditional craft maker. Since then she has been teaching traditional woodland crafts across the country. Her speciality is willow weaving, split hazel baskets and spoon carving.
