Martyn Lloyd reviewed: Stained Glass Leaded Panel in New Romney, Kent

"My wife and I had an enjoyable day with Yolande and John, attending the leaded stain glass workshop. We were made welcome right away and the learning experience was excellent. The group of four learners was just the right size and Yolande worked with all of us to achieve an excellent end of day result. A thoroughly enjoyable day spent in excellent company. Lunch and afternoon was exceptional!"

Jayne Burns reviewed: Wet felt bag course in New Romney, Kent

"I recently attended a wet felting workshop at Teach Me, and it was a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience. The process of creating a felted bag was so much fun, and the hands-on guidance we received made all the difference. They clearly demonstrated the techniques and gave us plenty of opportunities to practice, ensuring everyone felt confident and capable. By the end of the workshop, I walked away with a beautiful handmade bag and a sense of accomplishment. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in learning a new craft or exploring their creativity. I’ll definitely be back for more sessions!"

Jo Flanagan reviewed: Stained glass copper foil in New Romney, Kent

"I had never cut glass before, let alone held a soldering iron, but by the end of just one day, I had created a magical copper-foiled piece that I was genuinely proud of. The experience was not only fun but surprisingly beginner-friendly. The guidance and support throughout made the process enjoyable and manageable, even for someone with no prior experience. Whether you’re a complete novice like I was or have some creative experience, this is an activity anyone can dive into. Highly recommend giving it a try—you might surprise yourself with what you can create!"

Lisa Ratcliff reviewed: Stained glass copper foil in New Romney, Kent

"I recently attended a stained glass copper foil workshop, and it was absolutely fascinating! I had never worked with glass before, but the class taught us how to cut glass, a skill I never thought I would master. The process of cutting and shaping the glass pieces was challenging but so rewarding. As someone who had never soldered before, this was an exciting new skill to pick up, and it felt incredibly satisfying to see everything come together into a beautiful piece. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and Yolanda made sure we all felt comfortable with each step. Plus, the lunch provided was delicious, and there was an incredible cream tea to round off the day — a perfect treat after a creative session."
