Maker's bio

Jane Bridgewater is a highly qualified chef and has been teaching and training chefs in further education colleges for 20 years. She was a BBC MasterChef Finalist in the 1990s and she started Tara House Bakery some ten years ago. She is now a successful baker and cake designer and wants to pass on her skills, knowledge and expertise to future cake makers. A range of cake decorating courses during the year will include vintage, wedding and Christmas cupcake decorating.

"Yet another fabulous cupcake decorating course attended by my daughter and I, this course was building on the previous beginners course. Jane guides you clearly and patiently though all the stages so you are guaranteed to come away with perfectly decorated cakes. Great fun session in lovely surroundings and a small interactive group. Highly recommend everyone to go on a session you wont be disappointed. "
