"I recently had the pleasure of attending a breadmaking course run by Ian and Michael, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived at their beautiful home, I knew I was in for a treat. The setting alone made the experience so special—an inviting, cosy atmosphere that made you feel right at home.
They are both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about baking and we were through every step of the process with ease, explaining the science behind the ingredients and techniques.
An absolute highlight of the day was lunch! Not only did we get to enjoy a spread of freshly baked bread, but they had prepared a feast that perfectly complemented the bread and had me going back for seconds and thirds!
Ian and Michael were incredible hosts, and their love for baking truly shone through. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned baker, this course is a fantastic way to learn and enjoy the craft of baking. Oh, and don’t forget to give their dogs some love—they’re as wonderful as the bread!"
