"I really enjoyed this workshop and I would recommend it to my friends and family too. The venue was nice and suitable for the purpose. Nikki's guidance and instructions were clear and helpful. She was always at hand to give support to everyone who needed it. The size of the group was appropriate too. I took home a finished product which I love. For the price Nikki charges, you get over 5 hours of workshop time, all supplies and refreshments and you get to work alongside other friendly crafters."

It was all the tips and details that Nikki gave me that made the difference to the final result; and whilst it did not go from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. the combination of wire, clay and paper transformed into a bird to be proud of ! A nice relaxing day with the benefit of learning new skills and having fun. Thank you"

"Nikki is a lovely tutor. I'd not worked with clay since I was at School but Nikki's tuition was fab and I love what I made. I came away feeling I had learnt a lot, with wire, paper, paint as well as the clay. I'd thoroughly recommend one of Nikki's courses. Thanks Nikki - it was well worth the 2 hour drive from where I live to do this course!"

"I attended this mixed media workshop, run by the very talented Nikki, to enjoy something a little different. The whole day passed in a flash! Each step was taught clearly and with much encouragement. The results by everyone in the group were outstanding with the result that left you wanting to do much more. I highly recommend that if you are considering booking a workshop with Nikki that you go ahead. A guaranteed day of fun with a treasure to take home. Definitely will be back!"

"I LOVED this course!! I am useless at anything crafty, and thought there was absolutely no way I could produce something that looked like the end product in the promotional material, however Nikki had thought through the stages so carefully and had put the course together to ensure people of any ability could take part. There were three children on the course as well, all of whom were able to take part without any issues. Nikki was a patient, friendly and engaging tutor- she made me feel comfortable and welcome and I enjoyed every part of the day. I was extremely proud of my end product, I can't believe I produced it! It is taking pride of place in my living room. Thank you Nikki, I hope loads more people take this fantastic course!!"

"What a wonderful day! I was nervous at first being a beginner to sculpting. However I ended up with two wonderful if somewhat quirky birds! I love them Nikki is lovely and so talented - she was very patient throughout the day, and explained things clearly. She had loads of materials to choose from and everything was set up really well. The studio is very well positioned and light and airy. Nikki made the whole experience really enjoyable. Playing Enya in the background set it off perfectly for me! I wholly recommend this course and I am planning to go back to tackle something else - now I am brimming with confidence in my artistic abilities! Thank you so much Nikki - Humphrey is already settling in well to his new home and haven't worked out what the girl is called yet!"

"This course is a must for anyone wanting to experience something creative and new. Nikki provides a calm and relaxing workshop with great instruction and supervision. Her work is inspirational and she makes everything seem so achievable. I thoroughly enjoyed my two days being creative, thank you so much Nikki! I feel that I’ve learnt much from the experience and am now ordering clay to make models with my children. I’m sure I will return Helen x"

"I loved the workshop. Nikki is very patient and lovely, and her studio is bright and inspiring with large windows and lots of light. I was a total newbie with the technique, but I was able to return back home with my own, fully finished “work of art” at the end of the day which now decorates my home thanks to Nikki’s guidance. I would highly recommend her and her workshops!"

"I loved this workshop. Nikki is a very accomplished tutor. I am an artist and not easy to instruct as I have my own ideas about the creative process. Nikki guided me, showed fantastic patience and was very flexible about me diverging from some of the finishing details of the hare. She is also very good at tutoring without interference, a rare quality in a teacher! The space is great and Nikki is generous with her refreshments. Highly recommended, beginners to experienced artists."

"Thank you Nikki for a fantastic couple of days on your mixed media Hare making course. I really didn't think that I could create something that looked anything like your Hare, and was so pleased to go home with my own Holly the Hare. I really like the variety of stages. From forming the armature, to moulding the form and seeing the little Hare come to life was so rewarding. The course was really well organised and your relaxed manner made it a very enjoyable couple of days. In addition to a great course, the setting was beautiful, and we were very spoilt with lots of refreshments, snacks and yummy lunches. I think I need a partner for Holly so may be back :-) Lana Trundle"

""Time flys when you are having fun" What a fantastic two days I had - I am the proud owner of a hare that looks remarkably like the one Nikki made (who would have thought that!). The food and drinks were in abundance and very good. Nikki was very enthusiastic, approachable and encouraging. I would fully recommend this course to my "crafty" friends - never a boring moment and great fun exloring all the forms of mixed media. Go for it!"
