"I had a fabulous day on this course, we made lots of lovely products and were able to experiment with lots of different colours, scents and textures, all under the guidance of julie. It was fun and informative, I had been looking forward to the day and it did not disappoint. Lunch was lovely, all dietary needs were taken care of. Well worth it!! Well done Julie."

"Today my daughter and I had an amazing day on this workshop. Julie was really welcoming and we instantly felt at ease. The course content was great, we learned lots about how to make lots of products and went home with lots of deliciously scented goodies. Julie was a great teacher, she was very knowledgeable, patient and interesting. She was really approachable and ready to help and advise whenever needed. We were looked after really well and the lunch was lovely. Julie had gone out of her way to accommodate for a vegan and gluten free diet for people on the workshop. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, great value for money and I highly recommend it."

"I had a lovely time with the other ladies and Jools. We learned such a lot. We had had a lovely lunch and as a coeliac I was catered for the same. I left with six soaps that we all made and am now waiting with slight impatience for them to cure. She went through all the different ingredients and their properties, and we left with a lot of handouts which I have found very useful I would definitely recommend this course."

"I had a lovely time on the candle making course, Jools was so warm and friendly which makes a big difference when you're on your own. The course was great I learnt so much and can't wait to put it into practice. The morning flew by and before I knew it it was lunch time. The afternoon tea served by Jools and her husband was gorgeous. The experience was well worth the £65 cost and I would highly recommend the course. 10/10"

"This is the second course that I have attended, the first being the cold process soap making course and all I can say is that this is a really fun and informative course spent with lovely people and a host who is both knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who would like to spend a day in a beautiful setting learning something creative. This makes a fantastic gift that you will remember for years to come."

"Absolutely brilliant, the candle making course was excellent. Julie and Janet were wonderful, didn’t realise how interesting and relaxing it was learning about candles. Everything was explained clearly, Julie talked us through everything and it was so enjoyable I’m coming back again to do another one. The day was fabulous, even better was the added bonus of afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches and cream cakes. Would highly recommend anyone coming along and doing this course. "An absolutely fantastic day! I was the only guy on the course and knew absolutely nothing about soap making however Julie really made the day interactive and made me feel at ease. I really learnt a lot and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was amazed at how complex the process can be. The afternoon tea was fantastic and way more than I could eat. Whether you are considering making soap as a hobby or even as business venture, I would definitely recommend this course as a gift or even just as a treat for a relaxing day out. "Just spent the day soap making with Julie - and what what a lovely day it was. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was made welcome from the outset and the group was fab. We were all able to take home the soaps that we made. The food was delicious and Julie is very knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. I would highly recommend this course. "What a wonderful lady I had so much fun it was a very relaxed atmosphere and definitely worth every penny to be fair it was very cheap for the information and the products we made and to include afternoon tea.... "This course was a birthday gift from my daughter and I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed and friendly greeting I received from both Julie the tutor and everybody who attended . It was a lovely day full of information and practical advice. Julie is very knowledgable and eager to share her skills. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch so everyone could have a good chat over a lovely spread of sandwiches tea and cake. The soaps we made we took home and has given me lots of room for thought and ideas. Can't wait for the candle course now.
