"Josh and I had a lot of fun yesterday during the beginners class in cutting glass. We had lots of colours and options to choose from - you could stick to the templates or be as adventurous as you wanted and April provided clear and relaxed tuition. Would recommend! Thanks April :)"

"I went with my best friend to celebrate your joint birthdays and we couldn't have had a nicer time! April is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She helped us make glass Windows that were are both incredible proud of and sparked out interested in further glass work and crafting courses. I would definitely recommend this course to others. The price may seem high but its well worth it for the experience!"

"I did the Stained Glass panel course in April 2024 (sorry for delayed review!) It was brilliant and I was really pleased to take home my panel at the end of the day. April is kind and patient and gives very clear instructions at each stage. You won’t get left behind if you are a bit slower and she will help you, both with technique and choice of colours/materials. I thoroughly recommend this day course, great value and I would do it again! Thanks!"

"Fabulous teaching and encouragement. Lots of choice of glass. April allowed me to create my own design within her teaching parameters. The class wasn’t too big. The only negatives was quite a high bench to work on and the actual studio was hard to find."

With regards to the workshop bench it was made to meet the standard requirement height and be overall accessible to people of all heights. "We went to the Fused Glass taster session on 2nd December. It was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend it! April went through the principles and the tools, and guided us through the basic steps. We made Christmas decorations and those who were more confident were able to make an additional item. I want to go on the mosaic course next! PS a lovely coffee was included from the neighbouring cafe."

"Really excellent course! April was a great tutor - really friendly and approachable. Course had clear teaching and a good structure with a small enough group that everyone had time to sort out anything they struggled with. All attendees had made a decent panel by the end of the course and went away understanding techniques. Really fun day, other half and I enjoyed it a lot. "

"My wife an I enjoyed the day. April was an excellent tutor and by the end of the day we had each produced a very good looking panel. The course gave us the confidence we hope and shall return to work with April to create a window fitting for our house that has many stained glass window from the 19th century. We are happy to recommend the course for anybody wishing to learn the skills to start working with stained glass and lead."
