Stitched Mixed Media Festive Cards (with material pack UK)
Description
In this Festive Zoom workshop you will be using collage and hand stitch techniques to create your own hand stitched mixed media festive cards. Embroidery artist Jessica Grady will show you how to layer materials and use simple embroidery and embellishment techniques to add detail and sparkle to your festive designs. Please note this listing is for UK participants and includes a workshop pack, if you would like to provide your own materials you can also book a place without materials. You will leave the Zoom workshop with up to two handcrafted cards, which you can send to friends or family or frame up as your own unique piece of artwork! Each participant will receive a lucky dip materials pack to complete the class, which includes a variety of the following: Please note each pack is different as contains a lucky dip material assortment! The workshop will be hosted live on Zoom, if you would like to attend but cannot make the live date, you can also purchase a ticket and receive a recording of the workshop to watch in your own time.

Of course! My courses are designed in a way that means all abilities and levels can join - I teach by technique so there is no wrong way to create your textile sample, and joining the live workshops means you have direct access to asking questions for any trouble shooting.
Yes you can! The only difference is that I can only post materials packs in the UK, so you will have to contact the artist to receive a full list of what you need to take part. Jessica is a big believer on reusing and using simple, accessible materials so she is very happy to offer alternative suggestions and help to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy the course.
