"Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Rosanna was very knowledgeable and patient and I was thrilled with my finished product. She had a lovely selection of leathers however a more vibrant selection of linings would have been fantastic. I used my bag immediately and I feel like I have had it for years... I love it. The venue was perfectly located with easy free parking and a glorious cafe in the same site. Would definitely return. I also purchased Rosanna’s book which is very well put together with lots of useful tips and instructions to follow."

"A thoroughly enjoyable morning spent with Rosanna learning about leather and the various techniques that I was to use. I was able to choose which items I wanted to make as well as the colour and type of leather from a huge selection. Very pleased with the end results and highly satisfying! "My husband bought me some craft course vouchers as a present and this was my first craft course booked. What a lovely way to spend a Saturday! I went with a friend and we both made clutchbags that we are very proud of! Certainly my husband couldn’t believe that I’d made it! I echo all the reviews, Rosanna is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher and guides you carefully through all the steps so that the finished product really is your work. The setting is really peaceful and the cafe an added bonus. All great! Thank you so much!"

"I must say that the whole one day course was a great pleasure and surprised myself how much I learned in such a short period, not having been involved in leatherwork ever. It has inspired me to buy the essential tools so that I can continue work in this craft. Rosanna was delightful and made for a most pleasurable day. "What a fabulous way to spend a day. I have made bags before but lacked the confidence to work in leather. When I found this course I knew I needed to book a place. Rosanna is a great teacher and friendly person. She is able to work and adjust to your level of speed and ability. Her knowledge of working with leather shines through as she gently guides you through the process and choices to be made along the way. I have come away with a beautiful two tone, fully lined bag which is soo me and already has received a number of complements. Added to that is all the practical knowledge i picked up along the way and a list of suppliers to allow me to continue with my own projects. "Fantastic day where I managed to make a beautiful lined leather bag in a day! Definitely helps to have an idea of what you want to achieve, and be as prepared as possible (photos, measurements). Studios are light and airy with a fabulous café next door. There are a range of leathers available if you are not bringing your own. I learnt new skills that would be hard to get from just watching videos or by reading books. That said, Rosanna has just had a new book of projects published!"

"I would gladly recommend this course to anyone interested in arts and crafts. I booked the full day course as a birthday surprise to my wife who is an experienced seamstress but inexperienced in working with leather; nevertheless with our tutor's guidance she was able to make a beautiful bag. I myself have no experience in working with materials, but benefiting from Rosanna's experience and her excellent teaching skills, I was able to fashion a leather case for my tablet computer. I would like to thank Rosanna for her patience and expertise, the relaxed manner she has meant that we thoroughly enjoyed the day and have even talked about attending another of her courses in the future; we are both looking forward to the release of her book later in the year. We had a brilliant day Rosanna was a laid back yet hands on tutor working with everyone at there own pace and giving guidance when needed. The range of items you could make was excellent along with the vast quantity and colours of leather so you could tailor make things to your want. "I signed on to the 1 day course with Rosanna and was a complete novice. Can't be more positive about the course, venue or approach teaching that Rosanna takes. Really relaxed environment and while there is a good structure to the day (progress from basic to some more advanced techniques), Rosanna is more than happy to deviate if someone has a specific interest or query.
