"Have not had a chance to make this yet. Just to say that my order arrived very quickly, well packed and everything there. Will look forward to learning this new craft when I have the time this summer.( Too many other projects on the go at the moment, will get them finished before moving on to this new one, which looks great.) Hopefully it will look great on my garden wall when completed. I bought this with a gift voucher from my sister and the process to order was very easy."

"This order has still not arrived - 7 days since I was told it had shipped. Have contacted seller but have not had a reply. Very disappointing."

"Unfortuntely this parcel seems to have been lost by Royal Mail, hence its non arrival. I did take some time off over a weekend, when the message was sent, but responded to the customer and sent another kit immediately, as I do highly value customer satisfaction - sadly, this 1 star review had already been left, so is not a reflection on the quality of the product. I would encourage other customers to get in contact if you have a problem, I can assure you I will be only to happy to sort it out for you. Jacquie"

"It's a great project which looks impressive when completed with the black grout and hung in the garden. It comes with everything you need and there's enough to easily complete the bunting. What really makes this product stand out though is the service. My kit arrived and the grout bag had burst. It had covered everything in the fine black powder and frankly looked a mess. But I thought I could probably wash it all and use it anyway. I contacted Primrose Mosaics as I didn't want the same thing to happen to others. Jaquie sent me a completely new kit, plus a small gift as recompense for any trouble. Now that's service!"

"This hasn't actually been done yet as my 81 year old Mum needs help and wants to do it in the garden in case it's messy ( so we are waiting for summer ) but it came very soon after ordering and was well packaged. We've opened the box and everything looks very exciting , Mum can't wait to get it made and up in her cottage garden. Many thanks Jacquie"

"I am really enjoying this project it was a bit more fiddly than I had anticipated I'm not too sure that I would personally buy it for a child as young as 8 as I think they would be too impatient. A great fun project with plenty of tesserae to make the piece your own if you wanted to. I have spent quite a few hours on mine as I have never done anything like this before. I have the grouting to do next and I am really looking forward to seeing it finished and in my garden. This kit was very good value, well packed, arrived within a few days of buying and contained everything needed ( plus a little bit more ) to complete the mosaic. The directions were super easy too, thank you very much Jacquie I will be exploring more of your kits very soon x"
